Our Approach to Personal Information
Fulgent Capital is committed to respecting your privacy and collecting only the personal information genuinely required to operate the business and provide its services.
The Market Man Method™ is designed on the principle that participants own and retain their personal financial information.
We do not ask participants to submit completed worksheets, budgets, financial statements, pension information, investment details, lists of assets and liabilities or other personal financial records.
Please do not email or upload completed worksheets, financial documents or personal financial details to Fulgent Capital.
Information We May Collect
Depending upon how you interact with us, we may collect:
your name and contact details;
the contents of enquiries and correspondence;
details of workshops, programmes or services you have requested;
purchase, payment and accounting information where you buy directly from us;
attendance and programme-completion information;
communication preferences;

You can download and complete the free Five Pillars resources without submitting the personal financial information entered into them.

The Five Pillars resources provide general financial education and do not constitute personal financial or investment advice.
You should complete each worksheet privately and retain it for your own records. Fulgent Capital will not ask you to submit completed worksheets or disclose the personal financial information entered into them.
If personal financial information is sent to us without being requested, we will not use it for financial analysis or personal recommendations. We will securely delete it when it is not required for a legitimate or legal purpose.

programme or video-conferencing platforms;
