I have spent more than 40 years working in and around financial markets.

That sounds impressive when written down. The truth is much more human.

I have made good decisions, poor decisions, brave decisions and, occasionally, decisions I would rather forget. I have worked under pressure, rebuilt teams and advised businesses.

Markets taught me how prices move. Life taught me how people make decisions. It is where those two worlds meet that The Market Man Method™ was born.

I did not create it to show people how clever finance can be. I created it to make financial decisions feel clearer, calmer and more manageable. No jargon. No judgement. No pretending that life always goes to plan.

My approach is practical, honest and built on real experience. I believe people make better financial decisions when they understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and what matters most to them.

Today, my work brings together financial wellbeing, consultancy, writing, workshops and speaking. Whether I am helping an individual, a leadership team or an organisation, my aim is always the same:

To bring clarity, build confidence and help people make better financial decisions.

I am still learning. I still make mistakes. I still believe integrity matters.

That, perhaps, is what being a Market Man really means.
